Restaurant Navi’s Social Media Community Guidelines 

At Restaurant Navi, we’re committed to creating a welcoming and respectful space for everyone to share their experiences, ask questions, and connect with us and other diners. To ensure our community stays positive and constructive, we’ve established the following guidelines for engaging on our social media platforms: 

  1. Be Respectful 

We value diverse opinions and encourage open conversations. However, please be respectful when engaging with our team, other users, and the content we share. Comments that are rude, harassing, or abusive will not be tolerated. 

  1. No Hate Speech or Discrimination 

Comments that include racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language will be immediately removed. We are proud to foster a community of inclusivity and will not allow any form of hate speech. 

  1. Stay on Topic 

We encourage discussions related to Restaurant Navi’s food, events, or service. Off-topic comments or discussions that stray into personal attacks or irrelevant subjects may be removed. 

  1. No Defamatory or False Statements 

Defamatory, false, or misleading statements about Restaurant Navi, our staff, or other guests will not be tolerated. If a comment is found to violate this rule, we reserve the right to remove it. 

  1. Constructive Feedback is Welcome 

We appreciate constructive feedback and use it to grow and improve. However, comments that are unreasonable, inflammatory, or intended to provoke others will be removed. 

  1. Respect Other Users 

Please refrain from engaging in fights or negative interactions with other users. If a conversation becomes heated, we may intervene or remove comments to maintain a respectful atmosphere. 

  1. Right to Moderate 

We reserve the right to remove any comments that violate these guidelines without prior notice. Users who repeatedly break the rules or engage in harmful behaviour may be blocked from our social media channels. 

  1. Blocking and Reporting 

In the case of serious violations, including threats, harassment, or repeated breaches of these guidelines, we reserve the right to block users and report them to the platform if necessary.
